Anssi Joutsenlahti is a pensioned vicar and a member of the parliament of Finland. He became elected a MP on 17 April 2011.

Background

He had been a MP earlier time 1979-1983 and 1983–1987, when some of the supporters of the True Finns were the supporters of the Rural Party of Finland (1961–2003) , the earlier Small Peasants Party of Finland (1959–1961). Anssi Joutsenlahti has promised to donated all his pays received from being a MP to the caregivers.

Anssi Joutsenlahti serves in the local government, in the city council of Kankaanpää as a second deputy chairman. He also works in some occasion as a priest too. He has run 75 times marathon representing the Kankaanpään Urheilijat (the Sporsmen of Kankaanpää) sports club.[1]
